  1. al gusto sal
  2. al gusto pimienta
  3. al gusto ajo en polvo
  4. 6 piezas pollo
  5. 1 cebolla

  8. 6 tazas caldo de verduras (aproximadamente)
  9. c/n azafrán

  1. En una sartén alta (yo usé una estilo arrocera) u olla grande, dorar en aceite de oliva bien caliente todas las presas de pollo.
  2. Mientras se va dorando el pollo, cortamos la cebolla y el tomate en cubitos pequeños.

Para mí el arroz con pollo siempre fue amarillo, pero lo bueno de esta receta es que si no tienes, no quieres o no te gusta, lo eliminas y listo!
  5. Echarle al sofrito, las piezas de pollo ya doradas, el arroz y 3 tazas de caldo de verdura caliente. Sorpresa! Queridos lectores...aquí utilizamos los “cubos” (que no son cubos) de caldo casero concentrado que publiqué hace unos días y la realidad es que tiene 1000 usos! Vayan a mi feed y vean la receta 🍲 Simplifica muchísimo la cocina tener este tipo de preparaciones ya listas.
  6. Fotos corresponden a paso 5.
  7. Tapar, dejar cocinar por 30 minutos más. Ir controlando que no se quede sin líquido, yo tuve que ir agregando 3 tazas más de caldo. Una vez que el arroz esté listo apagar y dejar reposar unos minutos. Mientras, a preparar la mesa y disfrutar!
