- Moler la papa y agregar yemas, la leche, sal, pimienta lo removeremos hasta que un puré fino
- Cuando la carne se enfríe, esparcirla por una fuente de horno y cubrirla en su totalidad con el puré de papa, después espolvoreamos por encima abundante queso parmesano rallado. Cocemos a 200 ºC unos 20 minutos o hasta que la superficie esté dorada.
