- Ponemos en la licuadora los chiles, lata de media crema ahí mismo en la lata ponemos la leche normal; la cantidad de la lata que son 225 g
- La cucharadita de caldo en polvo y licuamos muy bien, tiene que quedar bien licuado porque no se va colar
- Ponemos en nuestra cacerola media cucharada de mantequilla, y freímos las 2 cucharadas de cebolla
- Después agregamos lo que licuamos ponemos sal y pimienta al gusto, dejamos que hierva unos 10 minutos a fuego bajo moviendo constante mente, rectificamos sazón, agregamos los elotes y listo
- Cortamos las tortillas para los totopos y freímos muy bien. Escurrimos, yo las corto así. tu córtalas a tu gusto o incluso totopo de bolsita
- A montar nuestro plato; ponemos totopos bañamos con la salsa caliente, agregamos crema, queso y listo se sirve en el momento para que no se aguaden..
- Esta salsa a mi me saca de tantos apuros, para algún pollo, pasta, o así solita como entrada es deliciosa.
