  15. agua

    ponemos también los vegetales revolvemos bien todo y tapamos por 1 min
    ponemos la cerveza, la cúrcuma y como pusimos cerveza el agua que vamos a poner es 1 copa
  3. Rectificamos la sal al gusto y ponemos el fuego medio alto hasta que seque todo luego bajamos al mínimo el fuego y tapamos por 5 o 6 min, revisamos que el arroz esté cocido y apagamos
    Dejando reposar unos 5 min más
    Servir y decorar con cebollino y rodajas de limón, Buen Provecho
