  8. 1 cdita achiote
  9. 1/2 cdita comino
  10. 1 cda consomé de pollo

  13. 4 tazas agua

  1. Cocinamos la carne con cebolla 1 diente de ajo y sal hasta que esté completamente suave 40 minutos aproximadamente
  2. Cuando La carne esté lista sacamos y enfriamos
  3. Con el caldo de la carne cocinamos los tomates y los miltomates, la cebolla, el chile dulce y el guaque, y los ajos
  4. Después de cocer los pasamos a la licuadora y lo trituramos finamente
  5. Después colocamos la salsa en una olla con aceite y la dejamos hervir por 5 minutos, le agregamos la cda de consomé y un poco se harina y cocinamos 5 minutos más hasta que espese
  6. La carne la deshilachamos y la agregamos a la salsa y dejamos que repose 10 minutos
  7. Servimos con arroz blanco
