- Ya que están cocidos los chiles dejamos enfriar un poco y ponemos en la licuadora con todo y el agua de la cocción, agregamos el Knorr Suiza y tomamos el ajo con que cosimos nuestra carne lo machacamos con una cuchara y sacamos una cucharada, molemos todo y agregamos este adobo al caldo y dejamos que hierva por media hora...
- Agregamos nuestros granos y dejamos hervir otra media hora (el secreto de el sabor de el pozole es que hierva mucho rato para que tome todos los sabores) agregamos sal al gusto
- Después agregamos nuestra carne y dejamos unos minutos más a que se impregna del sabor
- Y listo rectificamos de sal y ya está nuestro pozole muy rico a mi me encanta
- Servimos con lechuga o col, rábanos, cebolla morada, tostadas y si gustas aguacate
